Pipe Connection
★ Key Pipeline Connection Methods Include:
1. For dn≤63: Opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75: Hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. For metal pipes and accessories: Utilize flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the outer layer of the pipe.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, keeping alignment straight and consistent.
4. Proceed with electric welding until a slight melt exudes from the observation hole.
5. Allow to cool, marking the completion of the electric melting process.
