Pipe connection

1. Ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are clean and free from debris before bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port for precise connections.
3. Apply adhesive with care, starting with the socket and then the fitting socket, ensuring even and appropriate coverage.
4. Carefully align and insert the pipe into the marking in one smooth motion, rotating it by a quarter turn for a secure fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean, professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for maximum integrity.
★ Ensure the safe use of adhesives by following these essential guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting usage to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment with good ventilation at the bonding site to prevent hazards.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and never use fire for curing adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves, and if adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical assistance promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Precision is key in pipe sawing, with lengths determined by precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Choose the right tools like fine tooth saws or pipe cutting machines, ensuring a flat cut with a non-deformed section. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove, with a minimum length of 3mm and thickness between 1/3 to 1/2 of the wall thickness, removing debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with detergent-dipped cotton or dry cloth. Allow static curing based on adhesive properties and weather conditions, extending curing time for winter installations to secure robust bonds.
