Pipe connection
★ For optimal socket connection, follow these meticulous procedures:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned before bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and precisely mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the pipe, ensuring a uniform coating.
4. Align the direction precisely, insert fully to the marking, and rotate one-quarter turn for secure bonding.
5. Clean away any remaining adhesive around the socket for a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, achieving optimal strength.
★ Adhere to these safety precautions for secure adhesive use:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly; restrict use to authorized personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site and ensure good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and never apply heat directly to the adhesive points.
4. Equip personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean, deformation-free cuts. File socket edges to a 15°-30° groove, ensuring it is 3mm or longer and 1/3-1/2 the wall thickness. Clear debris post-grooving for optimal bonding.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with mild detergent like acetone. Allow to cure statically as per adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time during winter for robust results.
