Pipe connection
★Ensure a reliable pipe socket connection by adhering to these meticulously outlined procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket prior to bonding for optimal adhesion.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port to ensure precision.
3. Apply adhesive properly: begin with the socket, followed by the pipe fitting, ensuring an even and appropriate coating throughout.
4. Align precisely, insert to the marked depth in one smooth motion, and execute a 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat and effective bond.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured for optimal strength.
★For the safe use of adhesives, adhere to these essential guidelines:
1. Utilize adhesives and cleaning agents responsibly, allowing only trained personnel to handle them.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site, ensuring adequate ventilation for safety.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points to prevent hazards.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves for safety. In case of accidental eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine and cut the saw pipe length precisely according to the planned layout and size of each connected fitting. Ensure a clean, even cut with tools such as a fine tooth saw, cutter, or pipe cutting machine. The cut surface must remain flat, free from deformation. When preparing the socket for gluing, file it into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file. Ensure the groove length is at least 3mm, with a depth of 1/3-1/2 the pipe wall thickness. Remove all debris after grooving for a clean finish.
Socket protection:
Post-socket connection, carefully remove the extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth lightly moistened with acetone or similar detergents. Keep the connection static until the adhesive is fully cured, adjusting curing time according to weather conditions, especially extending it during winter construction.
