Pipe connection
★ The primary connection methods of our pipelines include:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connections or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. To connect with metal pipes and accessories, flange connections or transition pipe connections can be utilized.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the dirt from the pipe to be connected and marking the insertion depth precisely.
2. Carefully scrape off the epidermis to prepare the surface.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment by keeping the pipe straight and on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding until a slight melt expels from the observation hole, indicating completion.
5. Allow the assembly to cool, marking the successful completion of the electrofusion process.
