Pipe Connection
★ For optimal pipe socket connections, adhere strictly to the following procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, ensure the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly wiped clean.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. When applying adhesive, start with the socket, followed by the socket, ensuring an even and suitable coating.
4. Align the direction accurately, insert it to the marked position in one continuous motion, and rotate by 1/4 turn.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat finish.
6. Secure the bonded pipe in an upright position until the interface has fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Adhesives and cleaning agents should be strictly used as needed, and kept away from non-authorized personnel.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site and maintain good ventilation at all times.
3. Avoid conducting any operations below -10ºC, and never use fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves, and if adhesive contacts the eyes, flush thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and the dimensions of connected pipe fittings, utilizing tools such as fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines. Ensure cuts are smooth, without deformation. For glued sockets, file to a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file. The groove should be no less than 3mm long, and 1/3-1/2 the pipe wall's thickness. Clean away debris after grooving.
Socket Protection:
Post-connection, remove extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth soaked in mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive performance and climate conditions. Extend curing time appropriately during winter construction.
