Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Thoroughly clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters comply with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ After the specified heating time, swiftly remove the pipes and fittings and insert them in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Pipes and fittings are seamlessly melded into a single entity, achieving a perfect match.
