Pipe connection
★After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precise fitting.
★Ensure both pipes and fittings are clean at the connecting ends, then thread the pipe into the joint cover seamlessly.
★Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Adhere to technical heating parameters specific to the hot melt machine used.
★Once the heating time is reached, remove both pipe and fittings promptly and insert them to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding for enhanced durability.
