Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precision.
★ Clean both the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Employ a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, promptly remove the pipe and fittings, insert evenly to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover after welding for added durability.
★ The pipes and fittings are thoroughly melted into one, ensuring a truly perfect match.
