Pipe Connection
★ Key Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. Connections with metal pipes can be achieved using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Clean the pipes to be connected and mark the insertion depth for precision.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe surface to prepare it.
3. Align and slip the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring they remain straight and axial.
4. Begin the welding process, observing for a slight melt to emerge for confirmation.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
