Pipe Connection
★ Step 1: After laying pipes, mark the required socket depth at the pipe's insertion end.
★ Step 2: Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Step 3: Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the device.
★ Step 4: Once heating time is reached, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, and insert the pipe straight into the marked depth without rotating, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Step 5: After welding, apply the pipe joint cover for added security.
★ Step 6: The pipes and fittings merge into a single, cohesive entity, ensuring a flawless match and unparalleled performance.
