Pipe Connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure that the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, promptly remove both the pipe and fittings, then insert them straight and evenly to the marked depth without rotating to form a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Post-welding, securely fit the pipe joint cover.
★ Achieve a perfect match as the pipes and fittings fully melt into a single entity.
