Pipe Connection
★ Step 1: After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for accurate assembly.
★ Step 2: Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Proceed to thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Step 3: Utilize a hot melt machine to evenly heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the hot melt machine's technical specifications.
★ Step 4: Once the heating time is reached, immediately remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously. Insert the pipe straight into the fitting without rotating to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Step 5: Secure the joint by placing the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ Step 6: The pipes and fittings meld into a single unit, creating a flawless, seamless connection.
