Features

Pipe connection
★ Pipe socket connection should be strictly operated in accordance with the following procedures:
1.Wipe the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket clean before bonding.
2. Measure the depth of the socket and mark the pipe port.
3. Paint the adhesive, first paint the socket, and then paint the socket, the coating is uniform and appropriate.
4.Align the direction, insert it into the marking part at one time, and rotate 1/4 turn.
5.Wipe the adhesive remaining in the socket.
6.Stand the bonded pipe until the interface is cured.
★ The safe use of adhesives should comply with the following provisions:
1.Adhesives and cleaning agents should be used on demand, and non-operators should not use them.
2.There should be no open flame at the bonding point, and the ventilation should be good.
3.It should not be constructed below -10ºC, and the adhesive point should not be baked with fire.
4.Construction personnel should be equipped with gloves. If the adhesive strays into the eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water, send to the hospital for treatment.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
The length of the saw pipe is determined layer by layer according to the measured measurements and the dimensions of each connected pipe fitting. Pipe sawing tools should be selected fine tooth saw, cutter and pipe cutting machine and other tools. The fracture should be flat and there should be no deformation in the section. The part of the socket to be glued can be filed into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file. The groove length is generally not less than 3mm, and the groove thickness should be 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. After the groove is finished, the debris should be removed.
Socket protection:
After connecting the socket, scrub the extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped in a little detergent such as acetone. Static until the interface is cured according to the performance of the adhesive and climatic conditions. Winter construction curing time should be properly extended.
