Pipe Connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe's insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat both pipes and fittings to the required parameters as per the technical specifications of the machine.
★ Upon reaching the designated heating time, swiftly remove the pipe and fittings together, insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming an even flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ Achieve a flawless integration where the pipes and fittings are melted into a single, perfectly matched unit.
