Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for precise fitting.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover carefully.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters comply with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine in use.
★ Upon reaching the prescribed heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings. Insert them straight to the marked depth without any rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover securely after welding.
★ The pipes and fittings fuse completely, achieving a perfect match and ensuring a robust connection.
