Pipe connection
★ For a secure pipe socket connection, adhere strictly to the outlined procedures:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly clean before proceeding with bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the depth of the socket on the pipe port.
3. Apply the adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the pipe, ensuring a uniform coating.
4. Align correctly, insert into the marked section in one swift motion, and rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Clean any residual adhesive from the socket immediately.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed; restrict access to non-operators.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site; maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. If adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse with abundant water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Measure each layer to determine the length of the saw pipe according to connected pipe fittings. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts without deforming sections. File the socket area to a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a length of no less than 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Ensure debris removal post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, use cotton yarn or dry cloth, dipped in detergent like acetone, to clean extruded adhesive. Allow it to stand until the interface cures, considering adhesive performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time appropriately in winter.
