Pipe Connection
★ To ensure secure pipe connections, please adhere strictly to the following procedures:
1. Before bonding, ensure that both the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned.
2. Accurately measure the depth of the socket and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Applying adhesive properly: start by coating the socket, followed by the socket, ensuring a uniform and adequate layer.
4. Align the directions meticulously, insert into the marking part in one swift motion, and rotate a quarter-turn for secure fitting.
5. Carefully wipe away any excess adhesive remaining in the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured for ultimate durability.
★ For the safe and effective use of adhesives, please observe the following guidelines:
1. Always use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed, restricting their use to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding point and ensure proper ventilation.
3. Avoid constructing in temperatures below -10ºC, and do not bake the adhesive point with fire.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves. In case of accidental eye contact with adhesive, promptly rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the sawing length layer by layer, based on precise measurements and dimensions of each connection. Utilize tools like fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for optimal results. Ensure a flat fracture and no section deformation. The socket section can be filed into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, with a minimum groove length of 3mm. Groove thickness should be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. After completing the groove, be sure to remove any debris.
Socket Protection:
Post-connection, cleanse any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a small amount of detergent like acetone. Allow to stand until the interface is cured, considering both the adhesive's performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time for winter construction to ensure durability.
