Pipe connection
★ Expertise in pipe socket connection is essential; adhere strictly to the following procedures:
1. Ensure both the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket are meticulously cleaned before proceeding with bonding.
2. Carefully measure the depth of the socket and accurately mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive thoroughly; begin by coating the socket, followed by the pipe, ensuring uniform application.
4. Align meticulously, insert into the marked area in one smooth movement, and rotate a quarter turn for optimal adherence.
5. Promptly clean any excess adhesive remaining in the socket to ensure a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface has fully cured, ensuring durability.
★ Safe adhesive usage must adhere to these critical guidelines:
1. Utilize adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously; non-operational personnel should refrain from use.
2. Maintain an open flame-free environment at the bonding site, ensuring excellent ventilation throughout the process.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC; refrain from using open flames to bake adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves for protection. If adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
The precise length for the saw pipe is calculated layer by layer, based on accurate measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Employ fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines to ensure a flat fracture devoid of any sectional deformation. The socket area designated for bonding should be crafted into a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, with a groove length no less than 3mm and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean away any debris post-groove formation to maintain integrity.
Socket protection:
After forming the socket connection, cleanse the extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a clean cloth with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the assembly to remain static until fully cured, accommodating extended curing times during winter to meet adhesive performance and climatic conditions.
