Pipe connection
★ Mark the insertion depth on the pipe end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the joint cover accordingly.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure that the heating parameters comply with the technical specifications of the hot melt equipment.
★ Once the heating time is reached, promptly remove and evenly insert the pipe and fittings to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, secure the pipe joint cover.
★ Achieve a flawless bond: The pipes and fittings fully melt into a single, perfectly matched unit.
