Product application range

Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for accurate installation.
★ Clean the connecting ends of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat both pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once heating time is achieved, promptly remove and insert the pipe and fittings simultaneously without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding for added stability.
★ The pipes and fittings meld into a single, cohesive unit, ensuring a flawless match.
