Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connection end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings as per the technical requirements of the relevant equipment.
★ After proper heating, immediately remove and insert the pipe and fittings uniformly to the marked depth to form an even flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings meld into a single, seamless unit for a perfect match.
