Pipe connection
★ Key pipeline connection methods include:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connections.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, opt for flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe to be connected and accurately mark the insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's outer layer.
3. Fit the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and straightness on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, allowing a slight melt to be visible for inspection.
5. Complete the process with cooling, finalizing the electric fusion.
