Product Application Range

Pipe Connection
★ After pipe installation, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for accuracy.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover to prepare for a seamless connection.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat both the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters comply with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once heated adequately, swiftly remove the pipe and fittings, then insert them together without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding for a complete finish.
