Pipe Connection
★ Primary Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, use hot melt socket or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
3. Connections with metal pipes and accessories can be achieved via flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the outer layer of the pipe.
3. Fit the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring straight alignment.
4. Electrically weld, ensuring slight melt ejection from the observation hole.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electrofusion process.
