Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Prepare by cleaning the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Fit the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once heated adequately, swiftly remove both pipe and fittings and insert them straight without rotating to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings seamlessly melt into a single entity, achieving a flawless match.
