Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, then insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Heat the pipes and fittings to be connected using a hot melt machine, ensuring heating parameters meet technical requirements.
★ Once heated, promptly remove and connect the pipe and fittings without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, secure the pipe joint cover.
