Pipe connection
★ The main connection methods of the pipeline are:
1. When dn≤63, use hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection. Ensure seamless connections with smaller diameters using hot melt socket or electrofusion methods.
2. When dn≥75, it is advisable to adopt hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection. For larger diameters, employ hot melt butt or electrofusion connections for optimal results.
3. The connection with metal pipes and pipeline accessories can adopt flange connection or transition pipe connection. Achieve sturdy links with metal pipes and accessories using flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Clean the dirt on the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth. Prepare by cleaning and marking the insertion depth for precision.
2. Scrape its epidermis. Ensure a clean surface by scraping the epidermis.
3. Sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings on the pipe, and keep the pipe straight and on the same axis. Align pipes perfectly by sleeving electrofusion fittings and maintaining axial alignment.
4. Electrically welded, a little melt should be ejected from the hole to be observed. Observe the welding process for a visible melt ejection as an indicator of successful welding.
5. Cooling, electric melting is completed. Complete the process with proper cooling to solidify the electric melting.
