Pipe connection
★ Ensure a seamless pipe socket connection by adhering strictly to the following procedures for optimal performance:
1. Thoroughly cleanse both the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying adhesive to ensure a strong bond.
2. Precisely measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for accurate alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the fitting socket, ensuring an even and proper coating.
4. Carefully align the direction and insert into the marked part in one swift motion, then rotate 1/4 turn for secure fitting.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring a solid connection.
★ Follow these safety guidelines for the secure use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously. Non-operators should refrain from handling them to ensure safety.
2. Maintain good ventilation and avoid open flames at the bonding site to prevent hazards.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and do not use fire to bake the adhesive point to preserve adhesive integrity.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Accurately determine the saw pipe length based on measurements and connected fittings' dimensions. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precision. Ensure a flat, deformation-free fracture. File socket parts to a 15°-30° groove, with groove length not less than 3mm, and groove thickness 1/3-1/2 of pipe wall thickness. Clear debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth moistened with a detergent like acetone. Let the interface cure statically according to adhesive properties and weather conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction for durability.
