Pipe Connection
★ Ensure precision with pipe socket connections by following these meticulous steps:
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before proceeding with bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket, ensuring an even coat.
4. Align correctly, insert swiftly to the marked depth, and rotate 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket for a polished finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for optimum strength.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Ensure adhesives and cleaners are used responsibly, limiting access to trained operators.
2. Avoid open flames at bonding sites and ensure excellent ventilation at all times.
3. Do not carry out construction below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to bake adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves, and if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length for each layer based on precise measurements. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe-cutting machines to ensure clean, deformity-free cuts. File the socket area to form a 15°-30° groove, with a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean thoroughly post-grooving for optimal adhesion.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with a detergent-dipped cloth. Allow the interface to cure in a stable position, adjusting for seasonal conditions, especially extending curing time during winter.
