Pipe Connection
★ Mark socket depth at the pipe insertion end post piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Employ a hot melt machine to adequately heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating duration, simultaneously remove and insert the pipe and fittings straight to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover after welding to finalize the connection.
