Pipe connection
★ Ensure secure pipe connections by following these meticulously detailed procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, meticulously wipe the pipe socket and fitting socket clean to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Precisely measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port to guarantee an accurate fit.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket and proceeding to the pipe, ensuring even coverage for a secure bond.
4. Carefully align and insert to the marked depth, then rotate a quarter turn for a secure fit.
5. Thoroughly remove any excess adhesive from the socket to ensure a clean finish.
6. Stand the bonded assembly upright until the interface is completely cured for maximum stability.
★ Adhere to these safety provisions for the responsible use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed and restrict access to non-operators for safety.
2. Maintain a flame-free and well-ventilated environment at the bonding site to prevent hazards.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and do not use fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Ensure personnel are equipped with gloves, and should adhesive contact the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length step-by-step based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connection. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for clean cuts without section deformation. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring it's at least 3mm long and 1/3-1/2 the pipe wall thickness, then clear debris for optimal bonding.
Socket protection:
After connecting the socket, meticulously clean any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a cloth with a touch of detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure statically, adjusting curing time based on adhesive properties and weather conditions, particularly in winter.
