Pipe Connection
★ Mark socket depth on the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting faces of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Thread the pipe into the corresponding pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to adequately heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical specifications of your hot melt machine.
★ After heating, swiftly and simultaneously remove and insert the pipes and fittings straight to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a seamless fusion: Pipes and fittings meld into a single, cohesive unit, ensuring an impeccable, perfect match.
