Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Thoroughly clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters adhere to the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, then insert them in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ Our pipes and fittings melt into a single entity, ensuring a truly perfect match.
