Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for accuracy.
★ Ensure clean connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the joint cover for a secure fit.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings accordingly. Adhere to the technical specifications of the hot melt machine for optimal results.
★ Upon reaching the required heating time, promptly remove both pipe and fittings. Insert them straight to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding to ensure a robust connection.
★ The pipes and fittings seamlessly meld into a single entity, achieving a flawless match.
