1. For diameters dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket connection or the efficient electrofusion connection for optimal results.
2. For diameters dn≥75, the recommended methods include hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection, ensuring secure and durable joints.
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, utilize either flange connection or transition pipe connection for seamless integration into existing systems.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipes slated for connection and carefully mark the required insertion depth to ensure precision.
2. Proceed by gently scraping the pipe's epidermis to prepare the surface for a secure connection.
3. Carefully sleeve the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and perfectly aligned on the same axis for optimal connectivity.
4. Initiate the welding process, and observe a slight melt being ejected from the designated observation hole to confirm a successful bind.
5. Allow for adequate cooling to complete the electrofusion process, resulting in a strong, durable, and reliable connection.
