Pipe connection
★ Primary Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63: Opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75: Hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended.
3. When connecting to metal pipes and accessories, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Clean the targeted pipe's surface and mark the insertion depth meticulously.
2. Scrape away the outer layer carefully.
3. Align the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring straightness and axial alignment.
4. Conduct the welding process, watching for a small melt to escape the observation hole.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electric melt process, ensuring a secure fit.
