Pipe connection
★ Following piping, clearly mark the socket depth at the pipe's insertion end for precision.
★ Ensure the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings are pristine. Thread the pipe effortlessly into the pipe joint cover.
★ Employ a hot melt machine to warm the pipes and fittings slated for connection. Heating parameters must adhere to the technical specifications of the hot melt machine in use.
★ After the designated heating time, promptly remove the pipe and fittings. Insert them straight without rotation, to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding to complete the process.
★ The pipes and fittings undergo complete fusion, achieving a seamless and perfect integration.
