Pipe connection
★Follow these precise steps for flawless pipe socket connections:
1.Clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding.
2.Measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe end.
3.Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket followed by the port.
4.Align and insert the pipe into the marking with a smooth 1/4 turn twist.
5.Clean any excess adhesive from the socket.
6.Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface sets securely.
★Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1.Use adhesives and cleaning agents wisely; restrict access to trained personnel only.
2.Ensure good ventilation and eliminate open flames at the bonding site.
3.Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using open flames to dry adhesive points.
4.Wear protective gloves; if adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the pipe length accurately for each layer based on precise measurements and the sizes of connecting fittings. Choose tools like fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe-cutting machines for a clean cut without section deformation. File the socket for glue application to a 15°-30° groove, ensuring it's 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness, with a groove length not less than 3mm. Clear debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean excess adhesive with a cotton cloth dipped in solvent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure as per adhesive specifications and climate conditions. Extend curing time during winter for optimal results.
