Pipe connection
★ Post-piping, mark the socket depth at the insertion end.
★ Clean connecting faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine being used.
★ Upon reaching the prescribed heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, insert straight without rotation to the marked depth, creating an evenly formed flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a seamless fusion of pipes and fittings, ensuring a perfectly matched, unified system.
