Pipe connection
★ Ensure precision with our socket connection procedure, detailed as follows:
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipe and fitting sockets before bonding to ensure a secure fit.
2. Accurately measure the depth of the socket and mark the pipe port for precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe; ensure a uniform coating.
4. Align correctly, insert fully to the marking, and rotate by 1/4 turn to secure the connection.
5. Carefully clear any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured, ensuring durability.
★ Follow these provisions for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Ensure no open flames are present and maintain good ventilation at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and never use fire to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Equip personnel with protective gloves; if contact occurs with eyes, rinse immediately and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Accurately determine pipe length based on measurements and fittings. Use fine-tooth saws or pipe cutting tools for precise cuts, ensuring flat and undeformed edges. Create a 15°-30° groove, not less than 3mm, with 1/3-1/2 wall thickness, removing debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean any extruded adhesive with a lightly detergent-dipped cotton or dry cloth. Allow static curing based on adhesive performance and climate conditions, extending time for winter construction.
