Product Application Range
★ Hot and cold water pipe systems.
★ Heating systems, including floor, wall, and radiant heating solutions.

Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings slated for connection. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve complete integration with perfectly matched pipes and fittings through total melting.
