Pipe Connection
★ Follow these precise steps for effective pipe socket connections:
1. Ensure cleanliness by thoroughly wiping the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket, then the pipe, ensuring an even coat.
4. Align accurately, insert to the marked depth, and rotate 1/4 turn for secure bonding.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has completely cured.
★ Adhere to these guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners only as needed, restricting access to trained operators.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site, ensuring proper ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Accurately determine pipe lengths layer-by-layer based on measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precise, flat cuts without section deformation. For glued sockets, file a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a minimum length of 3mm and a thickness of 1/3 to 1/2 of the wall. Clear debris after grooving.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with slightly detergent-dampened cotton or cloth. Allow static curing based on adhesive performance and weather, extending curing time in winter.
