1. For dn≤63, opt for hot melt socket or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connection is recommended;
3. Flange or transition pipe connections are best for metal pipes and accessories.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe's surface and marking the necessary insertion depth accurately.
2. Carefully scrape off the epidermis to ensure a clean and effective connection.
3. Gently sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment and maintaining a straight axis.
4. Initiate electric welding. Observe as a small amount of melt emerges, indicating proper fusion.
5. Allow the joint to cool, signifying the completion of a secure and reliable electric melt.
