Pipe Connection
★ Key Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended.
3. For connections with metal pipes and accessories, use flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion Connection Procedure
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe to be joined and mark the insertion depth accurately.
2. Precisely scrape the surface layer of the pipe.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, ensuring a slight melt is visible from the observation hole.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electric fusion process.
