Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Thoroughly clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters are in accordance with the technical specifications of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ After the heating time is reached, swiftly remove the pipe and fittings and insert them straight, without rotation, to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Seamless Integration: The pipes and fittings melt into a single entity, achieving a truly perfect match.
