2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended for optimal connection.
3. Connecting with metal pipes and accessories can be efficiently achieved using flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Preparation: Clean the pipe's surface to remove dirt and mark the insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Surface Preparation: Scrape the epidermis to ensure a clean bonding surface.
3. Fitting Process: Securely sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, maintaining alignment on the same axis.
4. Welding: During electrofusion, observe for a slight melt ejection to ensure proper fusion.
5. Cooling and Completion: Allow the joint to cool, marking the completion of a successful electrofusion.
