Pipe connection
★ Ensure a secure pipe socket connection by strictly following these crucial procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, meticulously clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket.
2. Measure the socket depth accurately and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, first to the socket then to the pipe, ensuring a uniform coat.
4. Accurately align directions, insert into the marked section, and execute a 1/4 turn rotation.
5. Carefully remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for maximum strength.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for adhesive use to ensure operational excellence:
1. Operators only should handle adhesives and cleaning agents to prevent misuse.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site with adequate ventilation.
3. Avoid construction temperatures below -10ºC and never use fire to accelerate drying.
4. Equip personnel with gloves; if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine saw pipe length meticulously, layer by layer, based on precise measurements and connected fittings' dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean, deformation-free cuts. File socket ends to a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a minimum groove length of 3mm and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-grooving for optimal bonding.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with acetone-dipped cotton or dry cloth. Allow static setting until adhesive cures, factoring in climatic conditions. Extend curing time for winter constructions.
