Product application range
★ Ideal for hot and cold water pipe systems.

Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end for accuracy.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings thoroughly. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover meticulously.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Once heated, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously, inserting them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding for added stability.
★ The pipes and fittings meld seamlessly into one body, achieving a flawless, perfect match.
