Pipe Connection
★ Follow these strict guidelines for flawless pipe socket connections:
1. Ensure cleanliness by meticulously wiping the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive methodically, beginning with the socket, then the fitting socket, ensuring a uniform and appropriate coating.
4. Achieve a secure connection by aligning, inserting to the marked depth, and rotating 1/4 turn.
5. Neatly wipe away any excess adhesive remaining in the socket.
6. Allow the glued pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is thoroughly cured.
★ Adhere to these safety measures when using adhesives:
1. Only operators should handle adhesives and cleaning agents, ensuring demand-driven usage.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding points and ensure excellent ventilation.
3. Avoid constructing below -10ºC and never use fire to bake adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves and if adhesive contacts the eyes, flush with water immediately and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length precisely based on measurements and fitting dimensions. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. Ensure sections remain flat and deformation-free. File socket areas to a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, with a minimum groove length of 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 pipe wall thickness. Remove all debris post-grooving.
Socket Protection:
After connecting, carefully clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or dry cloth moistened with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure while static, adjusting curing time for winter conditions as necessary.
